Coleen Blizel, Owner, opened the center on June 30, 1997. She has an Associate’s Degree in Childcare/Development and attended St. Norbert College studying Early Childhood and Elementary Education. Coleen has a total of 30 years of experience working with children and center management.
Sara Strnad, Office Manager/Assistant Director has been with the center since November 1999. She is also a certified childcare teacher from the Early Education Station and has also received her Administrative Credential Certificate through NWTC.
Nicki Haegele, Assistant Director has been with the center since December 1997. Nicki has a Childcare Diploma from NWTC. Nicki works with the 1 year olds. Nicki handles the toddler curriculum development.
Kay Swagel, Preschool Director has been with the center since January 2000. She is a certified childcare teacher from NWTC who works with the 5 years olds in the preschool program.
Kayla Ansami has been with the center since June 2014. She is currently a student at NWTC working towards her Early Childhood Education Degree. Kayla works with the school-age children.
Nikki Baeb has been with the center since June 2015. Nikki is currently a student at UWGB majoring in Education. Nikki works as a relief person/closer.
Carol Bishop has been with the center since October 2015. Carol is a certified childcare teacher and works with the two year olds.
Jessica Brand has been with the center since April 2007. She had also previously worked at Day By Day Discoveries for 8 years prior. Jessie has a one year Vocational Degree from Lakeshore Technical College in Early Childhood Education. She works with the children ages 6 weeks to 6 months of age.
Shannon Eggert has been with the center since November 2001. She is a certified childcare teacher from NWTC who works with the two year olds.
Jenny Grovogal has been with the center since April 2014. Jenny had also previously worked at Day By Day Discoveries for four years. She is a certified childcare teacher through NWTC. Jenny works with the one year olds.
Miriam Hemp has been with the center since October 2013. She has an Associate’s Degree in Child Development from MATC. Miriam works with the two year olds.
Sue Massart has been with the center since November 2014. She is a certified childcare provider from the Early Education Station, who works with the four year olds.
Kristin McDonald has been with the center since November 2012. She is a certified childcare teacher from NWTC who works with the young toddlers.
Krista Palmer has been with the center since January 2008. She is a certified childcare teacher from the Early Education Station who works with the infants, ages 6 weeks to 6 months.
Becca Ronsman has been with the center since September 2015. She is currently a student at UWBG with an Education major. Becca works with children of all ages, as a floater.
Tina Schartner has been with the center since April 2015. She makes us delicious breakfast, lunch and snack each and every day.
Spring Schoenebeck has been with the center since January 2015. She has also previously worked at Day By Day Discoveries for six years prior. She has a degree from NWTC. Spring works with the two year olds.
Ariel Schwartz has been with the center since May 2014. She is a certified childcare teacher through NWTC. Ariel works with the two year olds.
Denise Seiler has been with the center since November 2013. She is a certified childcare teacher from the Early Education Station. Denise works with the young toddlers.
Rilee Sternard has been with the center since October 2015. She is a certified childcare teacher through The Early Education Station. Rilee is a floater and works with a variety of ages.
Laurie Strebel has been with the center since March 2009. She is a certified childcare teacher from NWTC who works with the one-year olds.
Katrina Strnad has been with the center since September 2014. She is currently a student at UWGB. Katrina works with the school-age children.
Kayla Wiesman has been with the center since April 2014. Kayla is certified through the Early Education Station. She works with children of all ages.
